Tonight we will be having a word with Lashea Reaves, the Executive Director of 8 cents in a jar. She has an extensive background in finance, financial education and even served as the vice president of diversity, equity, and inclusion for First Horizon. Lashea loves to live life and is a constant change agent for her community. She has a degree in business administration from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU) and a master’s degree in Human Resources from Nova South Eastern. Lashea is the epitome of an overcomer and we are more than thrilled to have her share her life experiences with us.
